On Ramp

ON RAMP is the most important and educational program we offer. This program is great for individuals new to CrossFit, introducing athletes to the 9 fundamental movements used in CrossFit. On Ramp athletes practice 9 fundamental CrossFit movements under the skilled guidance of our coaches, ensuring all completers confidently carry out all prescribed movements safely and efficiently.

Each ON RAMP program starts and ends with a CrossFit benchmark WOD. We guarantee you will see a significant improvement in your performance from your first session to your last. Completion of ON RAMP prepares you to participate in our CrossFit sessions.


Once you complete ON RAMP, you are encouraged to participate in any paid CrossFit group session at CrossFit 920. Group training provides expert programming, scaling options, and motivation from an encouraging community of fellow athletes. You will always push harder training together than alone.

Every WOD is scalable! Our coaches always have options to challenge you and provide you with a good workout appropriate to your ability/skill level.


CrossFit 920 Express classes provide the daily WOD in a 30-minute session. Arrive on time to warm-up, complete the WOD, and carry on with your day. Athletes will be allowed to stay and complete the lifts for the day if they would like. The same expert coaching is provided with the CF920 community support. Express classes are interchangeable with your paid CrossFit membership or drop-in.


CF920 Masters programming is specifically designed for those age 40 and up, focusing on scaling and precise form of foundational CrossFit programming. Proper technique and movement is the top priority, including mobility and stretching. The programming is transferable to our daily CrossFit sessions, and ultimately aiming to improve your quality of life outside of the gym.

Power Club

Power Club (a/k/a Ghrino Club) focuses on precision lifting techniques to improve overall weightlifting abilities and performance. Power Club is perfect for individuals seeking to improve overall strength, prepare for lifting competitions, or refine lifting techniques for more efficient daily function. The weight on the bar is adjusted for every individual as the focus is form and function.

Personal Training
