ON RAMP is the most important and educational program we offer. This program is great for individuals new to CrossFit, introducing athletes to the 9 fundamental movements used in CrossFit. On Ramp athletes practice 9 fundamental CrossFit movements under the skilled guidance of our coaches, ensuring all completers confidently carry out all prescribed movements safely and efficiently.
Each ON RAMP program starts and ends with a CrossFit benchmark WOD. We guarantee you will see a significant improvement in your performance from your first session to your last. Completion of ON RAMP prepares you to participate in our CrossFit sessions.
