CrossFit 920 Express classes provide the daily WOD in a 30-minute session. Arrive on time to warm-up, complete the WOD, and carry on with your day. Athletes will be allowed to stay and complete the lifts for the day if they would like. The same expert coaching is provided with the CF920 community support. Express classes are interchangeable with your paid CrossFit membership or drop-in.
What to Expect:
- 5 min warmup (You CANNOT be late)
- 10 min coaching session
- 30 min workout
