CrossFit 920 Personal Training is a great way to get that one-on-one training that you desire. Want to get a jump start on CrossFit classes? Have a specific goal in mind? No matter your goals, we are here to help you achieve success and improve your overall health.

Individual programs are designed for your personal needs based on the results of your free initial assessment.

Nutritional Coaching is also available upon request. Just ask!

Personal Training Packages can be purchased at any time, scheduled with your trainer. Sessions are 30 minutes in length. 1 hour sessions are also available upon request (ask for pricing).

Team training is a great way to accomplish your goals with a friend or training partner. Team training is limited to no more than four people.
