CrossFit Classes
A typical CrossFit session will consist of the following:

Warm Up

Skill/Strength Work

WOD (Workout of the Day)

Cool Down Stretching
All workouts are scalable to your ability/skill level.

CrossFit Express (30 min)
CrossFit Express provides the daily WOD in a 30-minute session. Express starts with the WOD and athletes are invited to complete the daily lift or accessory on their own after. Express classes are interchangeable with your paid CrossFit membership or drop-in.
On Ramp (Beginner's Course)
** All those new to CrossFit are required to complete the On Ramp course first
On-Ramp aims to expose new athletes to the fundamental movements used in CrossFit and to develop the skills which will be vital in the athlete success in CrossFit. On-Ramp coaches will prepare new athletes to enter the CrossFit classes with the knowledge and abilities to confidently carry out all prescribed movements safely and efficiently.

Power Club (2 Classes a Week)
Power Club provides athletes with instruction on Powerlifting. This class is ideal for those athletes looking to increase strength or compete in Powerlifting events. 920 Power Club is a registered team under USA Powerlifting with USA Powerlifting Certified Coaches.
**Remote powerlifting training is available for the price of remote personal training.
Weightlifting Club (2 Classes a Week)
920 Barbell provides athletes with instruction on Olympic Weightlifting. This class is ideal for those athletes looking to improve form or compete in Weightlifting events. 920 Barbell is a registered team under USA Weightlifting with USA Weightlifting Certified Level 1 Coaches.
**Remote weightlifting training is available for the price of remote personal training.
