I was personal training a few days a week when I first watched a group complete a CrossFit workout. A friend asked me to try it and I have been hooked ever since! The workouts are always different, using body weight movements, gymnastics, cardio and barbell (which I had never picked up before). I received my Level 1 certification a few years into CrossFit so I can help athletes improve and achieve goals - a new PR, a new movement, beating an old time - it is rewarding to be a little part of their success! The best part of our CrossFit community is the support we all give to each other. Whether you come in first or last, we cheer until the end!

High School softball, basketball and tennis, Coaching Softball age 5 through high school, numerous CrossFit individual and partner competitions

My husband and I enjoy skiing, biking, camping, fishing and many more activities with our two adult daughters.
